Down a flight of stairs to ground level and you’ll find a game room with an extra TV and a bedroom with a pair of twin beds as well as a bathroom.  
 
Spend a sprawling summer stretch picking blackberries, playing on the lawn with your dog or making your way to the beach. An easy 3-block walk away, Cove Beach is solitary, quiet and wild. Sort through stones or make sand castles; these are the memories of what you’ll call your Happy Place from now on.
