Why rent a beach house or condo on the Oregon Coast instead of a hotel?

Beach houses offer a unique and intimate vacation experience that you simply can’t get from a hotel room. When you stay in one of our Oregon Coast vacation rentals, you’ll have plenty of space to yourself and your family or friends. Plus, you’ll be able to enjoy all the amenities of home while being just steps away from the beach. If you’re looking for a truly memorable and relaxing vacation, then renting a beach house is definitely the way to go.

What is there to do on the central Oregon Coast?

The central Oregon Coast is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the state. From exploring tide pools and collecting shells, to building sandcastles and flying kites, there’s plenty to keep you busy during your stay. And when you’re ready to take a break from the beach, you can check out one of the many nearby attractions, such as the Oregon Coast Aquarium or the Tillamook Cheese Factory.

What Beaches are near Cannon Beach?

There are several beaches located near Cannon Beach, including Haystack Rock, Ecola State Park, and Hug Point State Park. Each of these beaches offers its own unique set of activities and attractions. So whether you’re looking to explore tide pools, build sandcastles, or just relax on the beach, you’ll be sure to find what you’re looking for near Cannon Beach.

What is the best city to visit on the Oregon Coast?

We, here at CBVR, agree that Cannon Beach or Astoria are the best places to visit on the Coast, but there is also Seaside, Newport, and Lincoln City, which all have great beaches and attractions!

Cannon Beach offers Haystack Rock, a 235-foot tall monolith that is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the entire Oregon Coast. You can also explore tide pools, take a nature hike, go whale watching or visit one of the many art galleries in town.

Astoria, on the other hand, is the oldest American settlement west of the Rocky Mountains and is full of history. You can visit the Astoria Column, take a walk through the historic downtown area or go on a wine tour at one of the many local vineyards. There are also several museums in town, including the Oregon Film Museum, which celebrates the city’s film history.

No matter what city you choose to visit, you’re sure to have a great time on the Oregon Coast!
